My approach goes beyond meditation. I want to help you take your mindfulness practice into your waking human moments. I want you to feel connected to your authenticity, to your integrity, and to your heart.

This course offers mindful journaling prompts and research-based ideas. It will give you the space to determine what you need, where you want to focus your energy, and how you might want to integrate new practices and ideas. It is designed to be personal and authentic.

Every Module Includes

Meditations

Focused, guided meditations help you become centered and focused. This prepares you physically, mentally and energetically for the work ahead.

Video Instruction

Increase awareness of your personal patterns of behavior, thought and emotion within each area of focus. Learn about research-based techniques to re-frame, shift and/or replace these patterns.

Journaling

This is your active mindfulness tool. Journaling prompts provide the essential space for you to reflect with radical honesty. This is where your authenticity lives.

One of my other passions in life is composing, performing and directing music. As an authentic gift to those taking this course, I recorded over three hours of original piano improvisations to provide an optional meditative soundscape for journaling and reflection. These recordings are included throughout the course. Enjoy!

Common Questions

Nope! This course is foundational, which means you will be guided through foundational mindfulness and meditation practices. The design of this course is intended to help you meet yourself where you are at this moment in your journey – and grow authentically from there.

I believe each of us can non-judgmentally and honestly build awareness of our existing patterns of thought, emotion and behavior.

I believe each of us has the ability to better understand what drives our existing patterns and mindfully assess whether they align with our authentic values and goals.

I believe self love is the key to changing patterns that don’t serve us.

My teaching style is to show up as authentically as possible. In doing so, I can create a safe space for you to do your own work. And all the while, I show up as a wholehearted cheerleader for you, because I know you are capable of this work.

This work is absolutely actionable. It is not limited to more passive activities such as meditation. While meditation is a very useful and powerful tool, my passion is really in building the deep understanding of our own patterns and determining whether they align with who we want to be.

The course is designed to help you honestly assess your patterns within specific areas of your human experience and identify how you can move more in alignment with yourself.

This course is self-paced. A general guideline would be to spread the course over 8 weeks. This may include roughly 1 – 1.5 hours to work through the meditations, journal prompts and content videos for one module. In addition to the content, I strongly recommend spending a few days in which you remain more mindful of your own patterns, emotions, thoughts and behavior related to the topic of the given module.

I use a mix of relevant guided meditations, guided journaling prompts (a really powerful tool) and instructional video content. I also provide links to additional resources where helpful. The content is delivered through this website. Your progress through the course will be saved through your user log in.
