Resources

While the content on Authentically Mindful is a great resource to help most people do the self-guided work to grow in their mindfulness practice, there are absolutely times when our struggles with addiction, depression, eating disorders, grief, and more can require deeper study, one on one support and/or help from specialists.

If you feel that you fall into this category, please search for the support that you need. You matter, and so does your mental health.
