Refund Policy

Course Contributions
If a customer is unsatisfied and would like to request a refund of an optional monetary contribution made for the Foundational Mindfulness Course, Authentically Mindful will honor this request. Email the request to admin@authenticallymindful.com and include your name, email address and date of contribution payment. Please allow 48 hours for refund processing.

Coaching
If a customer needs to cancel a one on one coaching call before it occurs, Authentically Mindful will refund the payment. Please allow 48 hours for refund processing.

If the Authentically Mindful coach needs to cancel the call due to an unexpected conflict, the payment will be refunded. Please allow 48 hours for refund processing.

Coaching calls are non-refundable after the call has taken place. Coaching calls are non-refundable if the customer fails to attend the call without previously cancelling.
