Who is this for?

Coaching is available for anyone who is interested in personalized feedback and support in their lives. All areas of mindfulness within the Foundational Course are obviously on the table for discussion. Oftentimes we need accountability and support for specific, sometimes challenging situations.

What kind of help can I expect?

In addition to offering a supportive container for you, I can assist you with developing action plans to develop new habits/rituals around an area you feel is lacking in your life. Essentially, coaching is helpful for…

What platform do you use for coaching?

All coaching is offered over the phone.

How is the call structured?

When you sign up for a coaching session, you are asked to share some basic information about the purpose of the call. This helps me to have some context before we begin. I will first ask you to describe the nature of your challenge, situation or question as honestly (and authentically!) as you can. Then, I will offer support through questions, creative problem-solving, and conversation. Additionally, I will send you a follow-up email with a summary of our discussion and any relevant resources that will help you mindfully continue on your path.

What is the cost of the coaching, and how long is a session?

Each session is one hour long and costs $150.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel before our call. If you decide to cancel, I would appreciate as much notice as possible. Note – please allow 48 hours for the refund to be processed.
